The Blairsville-Union County Chamber of Commerce operates the Welcome Center and is active in tourism development of the Blairsville and Union County area. Volunteers and paid staff of four serve the mountain tourists and visitors to the community. The Chamber has about 550 members and is governed by a volunteer Chairman, Rusty Royston, and a Board of Directors representing business members in the community.
